**Annual Perks Value:** Up to **₱90,000 yearly** worth of perks.

**Activation:** Card is activated 19 days and can be used after **3 months**.

**Emergency Benefit:** Includes a **₱20,000** one-time use for emergency at any hospital.

**Platform:** Apply and book services via the **eZUN app**.

What is Pet Privilege?

The Pet Privilege is a monthly membership club that provides comprehensive financial support for your pets' medical needs. It is powered by the **eZUN app** for booking and loyalty, with insurance benefits handled directly by **Pacific Cross**.

How to Get Service Approval:

Get a doctor's referral for tests/treatments.
Email **support@ezun.com** or call **0961-648-3784** for approval.
Once active, payment for your sick pet will be sent to your e-Zun account via **Gcash**.

Claim Process:

Submit necessary documents (medical report + photos if needed) within **7 days**.
Get reimbursement within **10 business days**.
A **deductible** (small portion) may apply before coverage starts.

Detailed Benefits & Limits

**Surgery:** Up to **₱30,000** per year. Includes surgeon's fee, anesthesia, and supplies. (3-month waiting period).
**Diagnostics (Ultrasound, X-Ray, MRI):** Up to **₱30,000** per year. Includes professional fees to read and interpret tests. (3-month waiting period).
**Hospitalization (Food, Oxygen & Medicine Included):** Up to **₱20,000** per year. Must be recommended by a doctor. (3-month waiting period).
**Vaccines:** Up to **₱9,000** per year. Used for preventive vaccinations (rabies, parvovirus, etc.). (No waiting period; 10% deductible).
**Blood Test:** Up to **₱2,000** per year. Requires a licensed vet's prescription. (3-month waiting period).
**Sterilization and Neutering:** Can be used, but requires completion of a **6-month membership**.
**Discounts:** Can be used for **grooming**, discount on **food**, and discount on **accessories** at store affiliate clinics.

Conditions NOT Covered

**Pre-existing conditions** or any recurring conditions/symptoms your pet suffered **before enrolling**.
**Non-medical reasons**, routine observation, or wellness stays.
**Cosmetic/elective surgeries** (e.g., tail cropping, declawing, cosmetic surgeries).
**Breeding of animals** (e.g., insemination, pregnancy, fertility treatments).
**Intentional Harm/Abuse:** If the pet was neglected, abused, or intentionally harmed. This results in claim denial, policy suspension/termination, and may be reported to law enforcement.
Non-prescription food, vitamins, or supplements.
Imaging done for **breeding** or **elective purposes**.
